— The engagement
A highly personalised recovery engagement for founders, entrepreneurs and executives. Six to eight months, working privately, one-to-one.
— What you are buying
Most coaching is sold as a quantity: twelve sessions over six months, ninety minutes each, here is the schedule. That framing invites exactly the wrong arithmetic — dividing the fee by the hours and deciding whether an hour of conversation is worth that much.
It is the wrong question. The right one is simpler and harder: is solving this worth it to you?
For six to eight months I work with you privately on getting you out of burnout and rebuilding the way you operate, so that you can perform at a high level without ending up here again. The sessions are how a lot of that happens. They are not the thing you are buying.
— What is included
Regular deep-dive sessions focused on recovery, performance, and the decisions that affect both. Not a curriculum delivered at you — a conversation that starts wherever your week actually is.
Between sessions, when something comes up. A decision that cannot wait two weeks, a bad night, a conversation you need to think through before you have it. Access is the part clients say changed things most.
Built around your actual business, family, responsibilities, personality and life. What works for a founder of forty with two young children and an investor board is not what works for a partner in a law firm.
A structured read of what drains you, what genuinely restores you, and which behavioural and environmental patterns are keeping you depleted. Most people are wrong about their own answer here.
When you are entering another downward spiral, facing an intense business period, or simply having a bad week. You do not have to wait until the next scheduled slot to be in contact.
Not only breathing exercises and stress management. Workload, calendar, team, responsibilities, travel, relationships, sleep, training, boundaries — and how you are actually operating across all of them.
Especially with founders and executives. Somewhere you can say the things you would not say to employees, investors, business partners, or in some cases friends and family.
— Structure
Weekly rhythm. Diagnosis, stabilisation, and the first structural changes. This is the phase that moves your baseline — and the phase where most of the difficult conversations happen, because the things you have been avoiding are usually load-bearing.
Lower frequency, access unchanged. The new way of operating gets tested against real conditions — a bad quarter, a launch, a family crisis. Anything that only survives calm weeks has not actually been built yet.
Delivered remotely, with the option of in-person intensives. English or German. Clients are typically in the DACH region, Spain, and the United States.
— Investment
This is a private engagement with a small number of people at any one time, and it is priced as one rather than as a package of hours. I will give you the figure directly on our first call, once I understand what you actually need — quoting a number before that would be theatre.
What I can tell you now: if price rather than fit is the deciding factor, this is probably not the right moment, and I would rather say so early than discover it in month two.
One practical note that often matters: where the engagement is framed around your performance and decision-making as a business leader — which is genuinely most of the work — it is typically treatable as a business expense. Your accountant should confirm it for your situation, but it materially changes the effective cost for most clients.
I also cap the number of concurrent engagements. That is not scarcity marketing; it is the reason direct access between sessions is a real promise rather than a line on a page.
— The line I hold
I am not a therapist and I do not treat clinical conditions. If what you are describing is depression, live trauma, an eating disorder, substance dependence, or anything involving thoughts of not wanting to be here, that belongs with a clinician — and I will help you find a good one rather than take you on.
Sometimes both are appropriate at once, and I work alongside a client's therapist where that is useful. What I will not do is quietly let a coaching engagement drift into treatment it was never designed to be. That helps nobody and can do real harm.
Six questions, about two minutes. It tells me your role, your situation, how urgent this is and what you have already tried — so that when we speak, we can start at the real conversation rather than the introductions.
