People walked from employment into their own business

Over the last decade, I've worked with more than 150 people through the exact path from a steady job to running their own business. Not influencer fantasy. Real exits — with real income, real schedules, real lives on the other side. Some of them I'm still in touch with years later. None of them want their old job back.

Quitting your job is the easy bit.
What comes next is the work.

Most people who try to leave a 9-5 stall on one of three things: they don't know what to build, they don't know how to make it pay, or they aren't yet the kind of person who can run the thing they're building.

The motivational videos sell you the easy version. The truth is quieter. The exit only sticks when there's something real being built on the other side — and when the person building it has done the inner work that most courses never touch.

That's the work here. The plan, the offer, the strategy — and the discipline, the honesty, and the operator inside you. Both sides at once. That's how the exit lasts.

Three pillars.
One way out.

I

Clarity

First we get honest about what and why.

What business — for whom, why now, why you. We strip the noise from your idea (or surface a better one) and connect it to something real you can build for years without losing yourself in the process.

II

Strategy

Then we build the exit plan that actually works.

Offer, positioning, pricing, channels — designed around your strengths and the reality of the market. Plus the part most coaches skip: how to leave responsibly. Income runway, transition timing, risk you can actually carry.

III

Execution

Then we do the work — every week, until you're out.

Discipline, systems and the habits that turn plans into traction over months and years. This is where most coaching ends, and where most failures begin. We stay here until you're standing on the other side.

For whom this works.
And for whom it doesn't.

The wrong fit wastes both our time. Read these carefully.

This is for you if…

  • You're employed and you know — deep down — that the job isn't where you'll spend your life.
  • You're willing to do the work — not look for shortcuts or quick exits.
  • You take responsibility for your outcomes, not your circumstances.
  • You're ready to invest serious time and money to build something real.
  • You can carve out at least several focused hours a week between sessions.
  • You're okay being challenged honestly when you're wrong about something.
  • You'd rather leave responsibly than burn the bridge dramatically.

This is not for you if…

  • You're looking for "passive income" magic or a 4-hour week.
  • You want someone to tell you it'll work without you changing.
  • You blame your job, your boss, your country or your luck.
  • You expect to be out and earning in a few weeks.
  • You confuse feeling motivated with being disciplined.
  • You want a guru, not a coach who will tell you the truth.
  • You're not willing to be uncomfortable for the time the work takes.

Three patterns I see
in people who actually make it out.

You'll probably recognize yourself in one of these. The exit is never about the tactic — it's about who you become while doing it.

The patient builder
Before

Stable job, side project earning small money for 18+ months. No clear plan. Tells themselves "next quarter" for the third year running.

After

Honest decision — kill it or commit. If commit: a real offer, a real plan, a real exit timeline. Money where the mouth is. Out within twelve months, on their own terms.

The unhappy high-earner
Before

Senior corporate, good salary, deep unhappiness. Can't quit because of the lifestyle the salary funds. Trapped by their own success.

After

Productized version of the skill set built on the side, paid like an executive but on their own time. Salary replaced before the resignation letter. Out with a soft landing.

The quiet quitter
Before

Already mentally gone from the job. Doing the bare minimum, restless, low-grade unhappy. Doesn't know what to build. Has the energy, just no direction.

After

Clarity on the actual business. Specific offer, specific market. Energy back. Quit when the work was real enough to stand on — not before, not after.

Two ways to start.
One direction.

Both are 1:1, direct, and built around your reality — not a template.

What people actually ask.

I don't even know what business to build yet — is that okay?

Yes — that's exactly what the Clarity pillar is for. Most people I work with start with either a half-formed idea, several competing ones, or just a strong feeling that they're meant for something else. We work that through together until you have something real.

I'm still in a full-time job. Can I even do this work?

That's the majority of clients on this path. We design the work around your reality — when you can think, when you can act, what's realistic each week. The point isn't to make you quit before you're ready. The point is to build something solid enough that quitting becomes a choice, not a leap.

How is this different from courses, masterminds or YouTube gurus?

Courses give you information. Masterminds give you peers. Gurus give you motivation. None of them give you a direct, accountable coach who tells you the truth, knows your situation in detail, and stays in the work with you weekly. That's what 1:1 is for. It costs more — but only because it works differently.

When do I actually quit?

When the work is ready to stand on, not before. For some people that's three months. For most it's six to twelve. The plan we build includes the exit timing — not someone else's idea of when to leave, but the moment when the math, the offer, and you are all ready at the same time.

What about health insurance, taxes, the practical stuff?

We talk about it. Most of the practical setup is country-specific and well-documented — I'll point you to the right resources. The harder work isn't paperwork; it's the inner readiness to actually go. That's where coaching earns its keep.

What's the real time commitment?

Plan on the session itself plus several hours of focused work each week between sessions. Less than that, and the work won't compound. Honestly: this is the hardest part. The price gets your attention — the time commitment is what changes the outcome.

Can we split the payment?

Talk to me on the intro call — we can find something that works.

You don't have to stay.
You just have to start the work.
